All orders are shipped by UPS or FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified by customer on the purchase order. Express shipping is available upon request. The customer is responsible for shipping charges which include shipping, handling and insurance.
Flamingo is not responsible for lost shipments. Customer signature will be required for all shipments. If the customer requests proof of delivery within 30 days of invoice date, Flamingo will file a shipment tracer inquiry with the carrier on behalf of the customer.
If a shipment is damaged, the customer must contact the carrier directly within five (5) business days to have merchandise and packing materials inspected in order to file a damage claim.
